Extremely accommodating, I called as a new patient (keeping in mind that I’ve worked in derm & internal med 10+ yrs so working in a busy office having a new pt ask for an appt within 3 hours of closing is time consuming but also part of the patient care and the business process for your provider, not all clinics operate with both in mind and mostly the time and adjustments to appointment a new patient) this is my opinion of witnessing diff medical offices patient care/customer service. I’m very appreciative for Angie for her representation and my experience of Dr Jennings office from that encounter. I look forward to my visit. I’m also less nervous for how pleasant it was scheduling at such short notice.
