I had my first consultation at Shoals Plastic Surgery on Friday, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience! Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. The staff had wonderful bedside manners and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took their time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I had all the information I needed. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. It's not always easy discussing something as personal as plastic surgery, but they made the entire experience a positive one. Dr. Jennings and his entire staff, along with the nurses at the hospital, are just fabulous. I see him on a regular basis for “touch-ups” performed either by him or Pam. I have had two procedures that required the use of the hospital….and you just can not ask for better treatment.
